With all the snow our great State of Utah has received this winter, the Moose are on the Loose. You can practically drive up almost any canyon in the Wasatch Front and see Moose. We took a drive this week up the South Fork of the Ogden River which in just a 10 mile stretch we saw 5 moose. Likewise, when you drive up Big Cottonwood Canyon you will usually see one or two. You have to keep your eyes peeled and drive slow. If someone is behind you, pull over and let them pass and let them miss the sights.
With all the white snow all you have to look for is a large dark patch – look close it may not be a rock or bush but a Moose. Get your kids or your parents in the car and head up the canyons before the snow starts to melt and the animals head back up into the highlands. Send us your pics and where you saw a Moose and we will post your picture! Can you see the Moose in this picture?
